Job Description
  1. Build strong relationships with external agencies and intermediaries.
  2. Collaborate with agency partners to align with strategies and goals.
  3. Achieve business growth through the agency channel by setting and meeting sales targets.
  4. Implement strategies to expand the distribution of financial products through agency partners.
  5. Conduct training programs to improve product knowledge and selling skills of agency partners.
  6. Provide guidance and coaching to enhance the performance and productivity of agency partners.
  7. Regularly audit and ensure operational quality and compliance with standards.
  8. Address customer inquiries and concerns related to products sold through the agency channel.
  9. Work with agency partners to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  10. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends in the agency channel.
  11. Prepare and submit regular reports to higher management on sales, targets, and achievements.
  12. Manage a team of agency channel staff, providing leadership to achieve team and organizational objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  2. Experience in financial services, especially in agency channel management.
  3. Understanding of SBI's financial products.
  4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Leadership and team management abilities.
  6. Data analysis skills.
  7. Knowledge of financial industry regulations and risk management practices.
